Osmis, MB is the independent consultancy of Anatolij Nečiporenko, PhD — a software architect, data engineer, and systems specialist based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

With a doctorate in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Vilnius University, the work spans the full stack: from statistical models in R and data pipelines, to production Django systems, to containerised infrastructure on Kubernetes.
